This service involves one of our specialist physios visiting your office on-site, and directly assessing your staff's desk environment. We'll evaluate factors like posture, equipment positioning, and movement patterns to identify potential risks for repetitive strain injuries (RSI).
As more people return to the office, it's important to nurture a safe and healthy work environment.
As an independently owned and run company, we’re free from the restrictions of corporate bureaucracy, allowing us to be inherently cost- effective, and agile. This flexibility allows us to adapt our model as required, providing customised solutions for each client that can grow with your company.
In addition to providing our corporate clients with an on-site Physio presence, our package adds value by including delivery of multiple in-person presentations and workshops for your employees each year. We’ve developed this education program based on our experience and our data collection, which shows us where the needs are highest. We deliver this in collaboration with other on-site practitioners such as doctors, gym staff, dentists, etc.
Our approach helps our corporate clients optimise their employee-benefits packages, and doing so within a cost-effective model. This also is an added incentive for employee attendance at the workplace.
Providing on-site Physiotherapy services has been an area we have specialised in for decades, meaning we understand the Health and Wellness needs of our large corporate clients.
Assessing and treating the spine is our bread-and-butter. We specialise in everything from general postural stiffness, to spinal surgery, and everything in between.
There is a lot of stigma surrounding lower back pain, so when it happens we often think the worst. Our spinal experts will give you a proper diagnosis, treat the issue, and guide your recovery.
It's very common that people are given a general diagnosis like "frozen shoulder" or "rotator cuff injury" - or no diagnosis at all! To get to the root cause of the problem, you will need a much more specific diagnosis and treatment plan - our speciality.
Non-surgical shoulder injuries:
Shoulder procedures / surgeries:
Sciatica and "pinched nerve" are general terms describing pain that radiates into the leg or arm. There are several reasons why this can happen, so a general treatment plan won't help. Our expert physios will give you an actual diagnosis, and get started on a treatment plan to fix the underlying problem.
Common causes for Sciatica and nerve pain:
Knee pains are very common - and so are knee surgeries. Our physios are experts at knowing when it's a physio-problem, and when it's a surgery-problem. The majority of the time our physios can achieve excellent result without even the need for a scan.
Physio-related injuries:
Surgery related injuries (can also be treated non-operatively):
We won't tell you to "stop running and rest." In our experience, we get the best results if we keep you doing some running, while fixing the underlying issue at the same time. This approach will help you maintain fitness, and stay on track for that event you've been training so hard for.
These kinds of feelings are not uncommon. In these situations all good healthcare professions should be supportive of seeking a second opinion. Our physios have the expertise and experience to be able to assess and treat complex cases and "non-responders."
If you aren't receiving the following fundamentals from your treatment sessions, a second opinion may be for you:
Assessment and Diagnosis
Clear Diagnosis: You should be given a clear diagnosis, in words you can understand.
Hands-on Assessment: To diagnose effectively, the assessment will need to be 'hands-on.'
Treatment
Treatment will usually involve some kind of hands-on techniques.
Re-assessment: We will frequently re-assess, to make sure you are making progress towards your goal.
Management plan
Prognosis: Some issues resolve quickly - some resolve slowly. We will tell you what to expect along the path to recovery.
Goals: Everything we do is based around achieving your goals.
A lot of elbow, hand and wrist conditions are diagnosed as Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI). To effectively treat the issue, our physios will give you a much more specific diagnosis.
Another reason these issues can persist is the presence of other problems further up the arm (shoulder, neck, upper back). Our experts will address the pain itself, but also the underlying issues - reducing the chances it will return.

Hand Conditions we specialise in:
The hip is a complex area of the body. Pain coming from the joint can be deep and hard to pinpoint, but the pain could also be coming from one of many surrounding structures. For this reason, our experts know how important an accurate diagnosis is. We are also specialists in figuring out what has caused the pain in the first place, and fixing it.
One thing our Physio's know is that it's never "just" a sprained ankle. We are experts in assessing all the structures in the foot and ankle, and will give you a specific diagnosis and treatment plan. Our aim is to keep you moving as much as possible, while fixing the underlying issue.
It isn't commonly known, but headaches often have a muscular origin. Our physios specialise in treating these headaches, which is increasingly relevant in our screen-heavy world.
Also our physio Anthony Vidis specialises in treating vestibular issues, helping people manage vertigo and to correct balance disorders.
